Regarded as one of Tasmania's premier and most picturesque courses, the golf course at Tasmania Golf Club is bounded by water on three sides and offers spectacular views from the Bluff across Barilla Bay. The Club is located 15 minutes from the centre of Hobart and two minutes from Hobart International Airport.

The golf course itself is renowned for its famous par 5 3rd hole, which has been favourably compared to the notorious 18th hole at California's Pebble Beach Links. 

Contour Golf was appointed in 2019 to consider the impacts on the golf course at Tasmania Golf Club of the State Government's proposed widening of the Tasman Highway. We have now finalised the detailed design plans for several holes. We have also detailed changes for an improved layout and play of the driving range. Course construction is due to commence in late 2022.
